The good news&#8212;if you can call it that&#8212;is that the source of the contamination has been found.  It originated at Lima Peru, which is the point of production of one of the main ingredients.<br><br>

The lots now affected are #12/2009-82866 and #12/2010-83801.  As before, consumers are advised to immediately stop taking this product, which contains the diuretic Bumetanide, and return all remaining product to the company.<br><br>

And, again, consumers experiencing an &#8220;adverse reaction&#8221; are urged to seek immediate medical treatment and report the event to the the FDA&#8217;s MedWatch program.<br>

In this recall, the wrong label was applied.<br><br>

There&#8217;s nothing &#8220;wrong&#8221; with the product except that it has the wrong label and that label doesn&#8217;t list potential allergens like eggs, milk and soy ingredients.<br><br>

The code to look for is 19May10 NV VN-3.<br><br>

No other codes are under this recall and no other products are affected.<br><br>

Some tablets from lots that have been shipped have been found to contain as much as a double dose of the active ingredient.<br><br>

This is a precautionary recall and no &#8220;spiked&#8221; tablets have been found so far.<br><br>

If you have any questions about this recall, the FDA is suggesting that you contact your physician or pharmacist for more information.  The FDA also suggests that you avoid taking any tablets in your prescription bottle that appear to be &#8220;oversized&#8221;.<br>
