Russell Stover Recall

Russell Stover is recalling one lot of Private Reserve Assorted Chocolates due to possible undeclared hazelnuts. Only product with lot code N0349 are affected.
The good news is that this is a really, really small recall. Few than 200 boxes were shipped before the mistake was realized and only a couple dozen or so were purchased. All stores have apparently been notified and the FDA believes that all unsold boxes have been pulled from shelves.
This recall was issued after it was discovered that the wrong label had been applied. There’s nothing wrong with the product unless you happen to be allergic to hazelnuts. (And we don’t want to minimize that. Nut allergies can be serious.)
